Judicial magistrate 1st Class, Panipat in case NACT No.321-2019 whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person in FIR No.947 dated 26.11.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
