(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 0063 dated 30.03.2016 under Section 363/366-A IPC, registered at Police Station Dera Bassi, District S.A.S Nagar. Petitioner is present along with his family members and complainant along with his wife and daughter-i.e prosecutrix are also present in the Court. The complainant and his wife stated that they do not want to compromise the matter and complainant stated that he is not ready to marry his daughter with the petitioner. The prosecutrix is also not ready to go with the petitioner. Keeping in view the couple had solemnized marriage and sought protection from this Court vide CRM-M-13088-2016, order dated 18.01.2017 is made absolute.
