The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC seeking re-investigation of FIR No.0031 dated 27.02.2022 under Sections 306, 304-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Division No.2, Pathankot, District Pathankot. 2.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the challan stands presented in the present case and some of the prosecution witnesses have also been examined.

Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
