******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No. 77 dated 21.04.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34, 201, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Nathana, District Bathinda.

Heard.

Petitioners were summoned as additional accused in the instant FIR by the trial Court vide order dated 06.10.2016. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have already surrendered before the trial Court and have been allowed interim bail vide order dated 08.11.2016.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioners were not challaned and their custodial interrogation is not required.
