Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 05.04.2024, Annexure P-8, passed by respondent No.2.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has instituted an appeal challenging impugned order, Annexure P-8.
