**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner, by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeks quashing of criminal complaint No. 610 dated 4.3.2015 titled as 'Chemoleums India Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Amrik Singh and another', under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act as well as the summoning order dated 12.3.2015 passed by learned JMIC, Ludhiana. Admittedly, before approaching this Court by way of instant petition, petitioner has not availed his equally efficacious alternative remedy of revision against the impugned summoning order before the learned Sessions Judge. In this view of the matter, petitioner is relegated to his alternative remedy of revision against the impugned summoning order before the learned Sessions Judge, at the first instance, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again by way of similar quashing petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., if necessity arises. Disposed of, accordingly.
