*** M.M.S.BEDI, J.(ORAL) Medical certificate from Command Hospital (WC), Chandimandir has been produced indicating that petitioner is suffering from HIV infection. Report from the Medical Officer of Jail, Jalandhar had also been received regarding the said ailment. Petitioner is already released on interim bail. On medical grounds, the petition for bail is allowed. Petitioner shall remain on bail against the bail bonds/surety bonds already furnished before the trail Court, in compliance of order dated 22.12.2014, during the trial.

Petition is allowed.
