Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as a compromise has been effected between the parties. 2.

In addition, the present revision petition has been filed impugning the order dated 12.12.2022 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Charkhi Dadri whereby maintenance pendente lite has been granted under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, which in view of the judgment dated 24.01.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in FAO-5930-2023 titled as Rajni V/s Mohit, is amenable to appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984. 3.

Dismissed as having become infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
