CORAM: HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE JAISHREE THAKUR
Present:
Mr. Anil Kumar Garg, Advocate, for the petitioner.
**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for directing respondents No.1 & 2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from respondent No.4 as well as to take an action on the representation that has been filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that respondent No.4, the husband of the petitioner is harassing her and even a Panchayat was convened wherein the said respondent promised to change his behaviour. Apart from illtreating and harassing her, she was also thrown out from her matrimonial home and she was residing separately thereafter. However, the respondent continues to harass the petitioner. Thereafter an application has been moved to respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken on the representation moved so far. The limited prayer by the learned counsel for the petitioner at the present moment is that respondents No.2 & 3 be directed to take action on the representation so moved expeditiously. Notice of motion.
