Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of complaint No.COMA/9/2021 of 05.03.2021 (P-1), titled as 'State of Punjab Vs. M/s Dasmesh Pesticides, Jakhwali and others', under Sections 19(a), 19(c)(v) of the Fertilizer (Control) Order, 1985, punishable under Section 7 read with Section 12 AA of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, including summoning order dated 05.03.2021 (P-2). 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy, as per law.
