Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Amarjit Kumar of Police Station, Division No.3, Ludhiana, very fairly concedes that in compliance of the order, dated 09.12.2014, whereby ad-interim bail was granted to the petitioners and they were further directed to join the investigation, petitioners have joined the investigation and cooperated with the Investigating Agency. It has also been disclosed by the learned counsel for the parties that during pendency of the investigation the private parties have resolved their disputes and effected a compromise. CRM-M-38982-2014 (O&M) -2the case, the present petition is allowed. Interim directions issued vide order, dated 09.12.2014 are made absolute.
