Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking quashing of order dated 26.03.2018 (Annexure P2) in case FIR No.64 dated 22.06.2017 under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act registered at Women Police Station Nuh, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nuh, whereby the petitioner has been declared as Proclaimed Offender in contravention of Chapter-VI and provisions of Section 82 Cr.P.C.

Perusal of order sheets reveals that on the last date of hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition. 3.
In view of the above, present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
