By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to remove the entry of punishment in the custody certificate of petitioner as he already stands acquitted vide judgment dated 17.09.2021 passed by Ld. Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhajjar in FIR No.243 dated 03.08.2019 under Sections 42A/45 of Prisons Act, P.S. Sadar Jhajjar, District Jhajjar.

Upon advance notice, Mr. Ramesh Kumar Ambavta, A.A.G., Haryana submits that the compliance of judgment dated 17.09.2021 shall be incorporated in the custody certificate within a period of 8 weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of by considering the present petition filed at the instance of petitioner as TEJWINDER SINGH 2023.04.28 09:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
