Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 04.03.2020 (P-7); whereby the second appeal filed by the petitioner under RTI Act has been disposed off despite the fact that the respondents have not provided information. Learned counsel, on instruction from the petitioner submits that the desired information has already been received as such the petition is rendered infructuous.
