ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint No. COMI 131 of 2017 dated 13.09.2017 titled "Darshan Singh v. Jai Singh" pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Narnaul under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to earlier order dated 27.04.2023 passed by this Court, petitioner has appeared before learned trial Court and was released on interim bail. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 does not controvert the above submission.

In view of the above, order dated 27.04.2023 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute. Petitioner shall continue to appear before learned trial Court on each and every date of hearing without default. 5.
