RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Custody certificate filed in Court today is taken on record. Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner Sunil Kumar in a case arising from FIR No.105 dated 23.08.2017 under Sections 21 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act registered at Police Station Sujanpur, District Pathankot.

105 bottles of PLANOKUF, containing Codeine salt, were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The total substance comes to 1050 ML, which falls under the commercial category. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve the concession of regular bail. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
