Petitioner has approached this Court alleging violation of direction dated 20.07.2023, Annexure P-1, passed by Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Haryana at Panchkula.

When confronted with order dated 09.05.2024 passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court in J.S.Yadav Versus Pradeep Kumar Jain and others (COCP-14-2024, decided on 09.05.2024), counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
