The petitioners seek quashing of FIR on the ground that the matter has been resolved and that compromise has been effected amongst the parties.
Vide order dated 6.12.2017, the parties had been directed to appear before the trial Court and to get their statements recorded as regards compromise. The learned trial Court had been directed to send report as regards the genuineness of the compromise.
Report has been received from SDJM, Abohar wherein it has been stated that statement of the complainant Vidya Devi and also of the injured person Anil Kumar, apart from the statements of the accused, have been recorded and that they have stated that the matter has been compromised out of their free will and without any undue pressure. It has been opined by learned SDJM, Abohar that the compromise effected Kamal Kumar 2018.07.09 10:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the aforesaid position, this Court is satisfied that the matter has been resolved amicably.
