(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to file final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No. 98 dated 19.05.2017, under Sections 307/324/323/279/337/427 IPC registered at Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar (Annexure P-1) against respondent No.4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 14.09.2017 )Annexure P-4), in a time bound manner.
