(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.75 dated 29.05.2018 registered under Sections 307, 341, 342, 324, 323, 506, 427, 148, 149, 201 IPC and lateron added Section 364 IPC at Police Station Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been arrested. Dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
