******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint case bearing No.4 dated 04.03.2013 titled as Bikkar Singh Vs. Amandeep Kaur and others filed for the offences punishable under Sections 302 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code vide which petitioner has been summoned by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Moga vide summoning order dated 17.08.2015 to face trial.
Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and is on bail. The trial is proceeding further and charge has been framed. The other co-accused have already been allowed bail in CRM-M-40172-2015.

Keeping in view the above facts but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and the order dated 18.11.2016 is made absolute subject to the condition that petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date.
