This is a petition for initiation of proceedings against the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for non-compliance of order dated 22.03.2023 whereby the official respondents were directed to decide the legal notice dated 29.10.2022 within a period of 08 weeks. 2.

Learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions from Sh. Anil, Legal Assistant, Department of Secondary Education, Haryana, states that the legal notice was decided vide order dated 09.07.2023. Copy of the same has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition. 4.
