**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members at the hands of private respondent No. 4. and for fair investigation in the case FIR No. 38 dated 31.05.2018 under Sections 376, 452, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Women District Paolwal. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing representation dated 12.06.2018 (Annexure P-2) but till date no action has been taken by respondent No.2 on the same.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 12.06.2018 (Annexure P-2) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

On asking of the Court, Mr. P. P. Chahar, learned DAG, Haryana who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the Staterespondents No. 2 to 4. Three copies of the petition be handed over to him by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day failing which no action is called for. He submits that the representation dated 12.06.2018 (Annexure P-2) will be decided within a period of four weeks. Heard.
Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 12.06.2018 (Annexure P-2), within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
