******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Present petitions have been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case complaint no. 4 dated 28.01.2016 titled as 'Pargat Singh vs. Harpreet Singh and others' filed for offences punishable under Sections 3(X) Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocity) Act, 1989 read with Section 341, 323 and 149 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar.
