Prayer in this petition is for quashing the action of the respondents of not granting pay scale of Rs.7500-12,000/- w.e.f. 01.01.1996 to the petitioners.

Reply has not been filed. However, learned counsel for the State has supplied copy of order dated 17.12.2019 whereby claim of the petitioners has been rejected. Copy of order dated 17.12.2019 is taken on record subject to just exceptions.
