Kapurthala. ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure (for short-Cr.P.C.) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.90 dated 07.09.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Bholath, District Kapurthala. Petitioner was summoned by Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala to face trial as additional accused in the above referred FIR on the application of prosecution filed under Section 319 Cr.P.C. Vide order dated 29.04.2019, petitioner was directed to surrender before the trial Court. ASI Amarjit Singh, who is present in Court, submits that petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail under order dated 29.04.2019. CRM-M-18948-2019 -2the application of the prosecution under Section 319 Cr.P.C. and his custodial interrogation is no more required, this petition is allowed and order dated 29.04.2019 is made absolute, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall keep on appearing before trial Court regularly;
(ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;
