(ORAL) This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 212 dated 27.09.2002 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 420/120-B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Police Station Sahnewal, District Ludhiana and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the learned trial Court has allowed the composition of offences on the basis of compromise, therefore, the petitioners stand acquitted of the charges framed against them.
In view of the above, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
