This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 21.11.2024 passed in CWP-10291-2023. 2.

Learned State counsel has handed over a copy of order dated 28.10.2025 passed in LPA-2926-2025 challenging the order dated 21.11.2024 passed in CWP-10291-2023.

In view thereof, no ground is made out to entertain the present contempt petition at this stage.

Present contempt petition is dismissed at this stage. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
