Learned counsel for the State, on instruction from ASI Phool Kumar, P.S. Meham and also while referring to the status report filed by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Meham, Rohtak, submits that petitioner has concealed the material fact qua pendency of present petition before this Court, while filing bail application before the learned trial court, during the pendency of the present case. He further submits that liberty may be granted to the prosecuting agency for seeking cancellation of bail of the petitioner. In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the State, present petition is disposed of with liberty, as prayed for.
