IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA

AT CHANDIGARH Sr. No.212 RSA-3266-2001 Date of Decision: 24.09.2025 GURDIAL SINGH ...Appellant

Versus

RAM SINGH AND ORS.

....Respondents

CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MANDEEP PANNU Present:- None for the appellant.

None for respondents No.1 and 2.

Respondent No.3 is stated to have died.

***** MANDEEP PANNU, J. (Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Perusal of the paperbook reveals that, on the last date of hearing, notice was ordered to be issued to respondent No. 4. However, the notice was returned with the report that respondent No. 4 is not residing at the given address.

Consequently, a fresh notice could not be issued due to the lack of a correct address, and no one appeared to receive the dasti notice. In view of the foregoing, it appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.

All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of accordingly. (MANDEEP PANNU) 24.09.2025 JUDGE Anu Whether speaking/reasoned :
