(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that all the benefits for which he is entitled on his retirement, were not being released hence he approached this Court by filing CWP No.7799 of 2017, which was disposed of this Court on 19.04.2017. By the said order, a direction was given to decide the legal notice dated 03.07.2015 filed by the petitioner within a period of two months. As the said direction was not complied with by the respondents, petitioner filed COCP No.1915 of 2017 and during the pendency of the said contempt petition, the respondents made a statement that direction given by this Court on 19.04.2017 has already been complied with and all the benefits for which the petitioner was entitled for have been released in his favour. Further, while disposing of the said contempt petition, the petitioner was given NARESH KUMAR 2019.06.01 18:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP-12772-2019 -2liberty to file representation with the respondents raising his grievance, if any.

Counsel for the petitioner states that a liberty was given by this Court while passing the order dated 03.11.2017 in COCP No.1915 of 2017 and the petitioner has made a representation dated 23.01.2018 (Annexure P-14) with the respondents. Counsel further states that the said representation is still pending consideration though a period of more than one year has elapsed and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said representation.

In view of the request made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to decide the representation dated 23.01.2018 (Annexure P-14) by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Present writ petition stands disposed of.
