(Oral) As the accused, namely, Jasbir Singh, who was facing trial has passed away on 04.02.2016, the present petition seeking quashing of the orders dated 13.11.2014 and 29.09.2015, whereby the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. to summon an exonerated accused has been dismissed by the Chief Judical Magistrate, Tarn Taran, has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
