Coram:

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Inderjit Singh .....

Present:

Mr. Manuj Nagrath, Advocate for the petitioner. .....

Inderjit Singh, J.

The petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.200 dated 1.8.2018 registered for the offences under Sections 323, 324, 148 and 149 IPC and (Sections 326 and 307 IPC, which were added later on) at Police Station Division No.8, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

A perusal of the record shows that earlier anticipatory bail petition of the present petitioner has already been dismissed by this Court on merit on 30.8.2018. Now again second anticipatory bail petition has been filed by the petitioner. No changed circumstances have been shown for grant of anticipatory bail. In the earlier order, this Court has already HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2018.09.13 16:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-39979 of 2018 [2] held that the petitioner is one of the main accused and he is required for custodial interrogation and weapons of offence are yet to be recovered. Keeping in view these facts that the earlier anticipatory bail petition has been dismissed, now nothing has been shown to me as to how the petitioner is not required for custodial interrogation, he being one of the main accused and required for custodial interrogation, as already held, no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
