SUMEET GOEL , J (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C now under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0029 dated 07.02.2026 under Sections 420, 379, 465, 467, 468, 120-B of IPC 1860 now under Sections 318(4), 303(2), 336(2), 338, 336(3), 61(2) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Samana, District Patiala. Faced with the situation that the FIR in question is still under investigation and the challan has not yet been presented, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition in hand. Ordered accordingly.
