(ORAL) Through this first petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.72 dated 19.04.2023 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 452 and 506 IPC registered at Police Station, Buria, District Yamuna Nagar. On 28.04.2023, this Court passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia submits that the FIR in question was registered on account of some employment issues between the petitioners and the complainant. He further submits that the parties are known to each other and the petitioners are ready to compensate the injured/complainant to the extent of Rs.50,000/-.

Adjourned to 05.05.2023.

In the meantime, the petitioners shall join the investigation and would come present as and when called for and in the event of arrest, they shall be admitted to interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer.

The petitioners shall also abide by the conditions as specified under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petitioners are directed to bring a demand draft of Rs.50,000/- in the name of complainant/injured on the next date of hearing."

Virender submits that in compliance of order dated 28.04.2023, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 28.04.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. In addition, in pursuance to last order, learned counsel for petitioners has handed over the draft in the name of complainant amounting to Rs.50,000/- to the learned counsel representing the complainant today in the Court, the same shall be handed over to the complainant.

Disposed of accordingly.
