The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.245 dated 25.07.2015 registered under Sections 136 and 137 of the Indian Electriticy Act, (Amend.) 2003 at Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal.

Heard.

The counsel for the petitioner urges that the investigation is over and challan has been presented and the petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2015.

The case has been registered under the Electricity Act and the investigation is over. The trial would take time to conclude. In view of the above position, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to













 be released on regular bail on execution of adequate personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court, subject to the condition that he would not indulge in any other case. If he does, the State can approach the Court for cancellation of bail.
