JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.95 dated 02.09.2015 under Sections 420,406,506 IPC, P.S Jaitu, District Faridkot.

As per allegations, on the allurement given by husband of the petitioner, namely, Balwinder Singh to secure a job in Police Department for the daughter of complainant-Baljit Singh, a sum of Rs.4.50 lacs, after selling piece of land, was received by the present petitioner at her home. Learned state counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for any custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, interim pre-arrest bail granted by this Court, vide order dated 19.11.2015, is made absolute/confirmed.

Disposed of.
