Learned State counsel has drawn the attention of this Court to the order dated 20.01.2026 passed by the trial Court, wherein it has been mentioned that the reply on behalf of SHO, that was pending for the last more than 2-3 years, has been filed, in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition to make a request to the said concerned Court to decide the cancellation in an expeditious manner. 2.
