JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.103 dated 12.7.2015 under Sections 420,465,467,468,471,120-B IPC, P.S. Raikot Sadar, District Ludhiana.

Allegations against the petitioner and his co-accused are that they received a sum of Rupees six and half lacs out of the demanded sixteen lacs for sending six people abroad. During investigation, it was found that they have got issued forged work permits and Visas relating to the Canadian Government. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
