PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein seeks direction to the official respondents to arrest respondents No.7 to 10 and 13 who are threatening the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Bansal appearing on advance notice submits that four accused persons already have been apprehended and the Challan already stands presented.

Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
