**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 154 dated 7.5.2018 registered at Police Station Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri under Sections 346 IPC (deleted) and now Sections 363, 366-A, 120 IPC has been added.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 14.5.2018 and challan has been presented. The counsel further submits that the petitioner lives in the neighbourhood and the boy who is said to have enticed the girl is distantly related to the petitioner and the only allegations are that the petitioner had shown the photograph of Bablu and had asked her to go whereas the prosecutrix knew Bablu and as per her own version, he had called her three days earlier. The counsel also submits that there are no allegations of rape against Bablu. Crl. Misc. No. M-40020 of 2018 -2and called up her father who brought her back. Investigation is over. Challan has been presented. The trial would take time.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
