(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered against him vide FIR No.0036, dated 05.05.2022, Police Station Sherpur, District Sangrur, under Sections 452, 323, 506 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Since the present FIR has already been quashed vide order of even date passed in CRM-M-30150-2022, the instant petition filed under the provisions of Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
