It is stated by learned counsel for the appellant that appellant is no longer in contact with them despite all possible efforts. 2.
Besides above, perusal of the file would reveal that suit for declara3on filed by the plain3ff i.e. respondent herein was decreed by the trial Court on 10.10.2000 and the appeal filed by the defendant i.e. appellant herein was dismissed by the First Appellate Court on 20.07.2001. Thus, appellant approached this Court against the concurrent findings of the Courts below.

Having regard to the fact that counsel for the appellant has no longer any instruc3ons to appear on behalf of the appellant, both these appeals are hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecu3on with the liberty to the appellant to get them revived, in case any cause of ac3on s3ll survives.
