It is informed by the learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Roop Singh, that out of the fifteen prosecution witnesses, fourteen have been examined before the trial court. Examination-in-chief of 15th witness i.e., Investigating Officer of the case has been conducted and the matter is fixed for 06.02.2015.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition for bail pending trial at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
