RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a writ/order or directions to respondents no.2 to 3 to take stern legal action on the representation/complaint of the petitioner, Annexure P-1, (Dairy No.258) dated 26.03.2023 and ensure protection of life and liberty and the property of the petitioner from the hands of respondents no.4 and 5, who are causing unnecessary harassment to the petitioner by causing unnecessary harassment to the petitioner by causing hurdles and not allowing the petitioner to run his business.

Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.
