ARUN MONGA, J.(ORAL) The petitioners have approached this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to the official respondents to provide them police protection under Article 21 of the Constitution of India. On an objection being raised by Mr. Ram Kumar Saini, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 qua the age proof of petitioner No.1, since proof thereof has been appended with the petition, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
