******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 184 dated 22.09.2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 452, 308 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station Kotwali Kapurthala, District Kapurthala. Heard.
Learned counsel appearing for the complainant submits under the instructions of complainant, who is present in Court, that the matter has since been amicably settled and they will apprise the police about the compromise.
In view of submission of learned counsel for the complainant but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 09.11.2016 is made absolute till the presentation of Jitender Kumar 2017.02.20 17:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CHANDIGARH

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
(iv) that the petitioner will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
