The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No.27 dated 06.02.2019 under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 (added later on) IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of POCSO Act, 2012 (also added later on), registered at Police Station City Muktsar, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner, prayer has been made for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
