 The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 71 days in filing the instant petition.

In view of averments made in the application and arguments advanced by counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed and delay of 71 days in filing the instant petition is condoned. CRR(F)-657 of 2023(O&M) 3.

The petitioner, through the instant petition is seeking setting aside of order dated 18.11.2022 whereby Principal Judge Family Court, Bhiwani has allowed maintenance of Rs. 6,000/- per month to the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
