NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from SI Malkiat Singh of Police Station, Kartarpur, District Jalandhar, submits that no person in the name of Malkit Singh son of Lakhvir Singh, resident of village Naugajja, Police Station, Kartarpur, District Jalandhar, is required in FIR No. 65, dated 18.5.2015, for the offences punishable under Sections 148, 323, 324 and 326 read with Section 149, IPC, registered at Police Station, Kartarpur, District Jalandhar.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage.
